What you can expect from Gallereality, and what we ask of you.

1. Browsing needs nothing from you
You can view, search, preview in AR, and buy without creating an account. That's policy. Accounts exist for artists, designers, and galleries who publish and manage work — see the Artist Agreement and Trade Terms.
2. What the AR preview is — and isn't
Previews are built from a 3D scan of the actual artwork and are rendered true to scale within the accuracy of your device's AR system. Color, lighting, and material appearance depend on your screen and your room; the physical piece is the reference, not the render. If a delivered work is materially different from its listing description, that's a listing problem and we'll make it right — see section 4.
3. Buying
You're buying the physical artwork from the artist (or gallery) named on the listing; Gallereality operates the marketplace and processes payment through Stripe. The price on the page is the price — plus the shipping shown, and any tax law requires. The seller ships crated and insured with a certificate of authenticity.
4. If something goes wrong

5. Acceptable use
Don't scrape the catalog, misrepresent who you are, interfere with the service, or use scans and images beyond viewing them here. Artists' works and scans remain the artists' property (see Artist Agreement §1).
6. Our content and marks
The Gallereality name, site design, and platform code are ours. Artwork and scans belong to their artists.
7. Disclaimers and liability

8. Changes
If these terms change, the version number changes, and continued use after notice is acceptance. We keep prior versions available on request.
