Artist Agreement
Plain language, on purpose. This is the whole deal between you (the artist) and Gallereality when you publish work here.

1. Your work stays yours
You keep every right to your artwork — copyright, moral rights, all of it. By publishing a piece you grant Gallereality a non-exclusive, revocable license to display the piece, its 3D scan, and images derived from the scan, on the platform and in materials that promote the platform or your listing. That license ends for a piece when you unpublish it, and entirely when this agreement ends, except where a completed sale requires us to keep records.
The 3D scan you capture is treated as part of the artwork's listing. We will not sell, license, or distribute your scans to anyone else, and we will not use them to fabricate reproductions.
2. What you promise about the work
That it's yours to sell: you made it (or you're expressly authorized to sell it), it's original, it doesn't knowingly infringe anyone's rights, and it is accurately described — dimensions, medium, edition or uniqueness, condition. The wall label renders what you enter; what you enter must be true.
3. The economics — one number, published
You set the retail price. On every retail sale, you receive 70% of the sale price; Gallereality keeps 30%. No listing fee, no subscription, no scan fee. The rate is published at gallereality.com/fees, and if it ever changes, the change applies only to sales after we notify you — never retroactively.
Trade sales. Approved interior designers buy at a 15% trade discount. That cost is split evenly: 7.5% absorbed by our side, 7.5% by yours — so on a $1,000 piece sold at trade, you receive $625 (versus $700 retail). Designers buy repeatedly and place work in rooms it wouldn't otherwise reach; you may opt any individual piece out of trade eligibility.
4. Payment
Sales are processed by Stripe. Your share is paid out when the piece ships (carrier acceptance scan or equivalent proof). If a sale is refunded before shipment, no payout occurs; if after, we'll work out the return with you case by case — you're never liable for more than the payout you received on the affected sale.
5. Shipping and the certificate
You ship sold work crated (or appropriately protected) and insured within 10 business days of the sale unless the listing states otherwise, with a signed certificate of authenticity included. Shipping costs are shown to the buyer on the artwork page — set them honestly.
6. The preview promise
We tell buyers the AR preview is "from a scan of the actual piece — true to scale." Your part of that promise is scanning the actual piece; ours is not distorting it. Neither of us guarantees how a buyer's device renders color or light — that's stated in the site terms.
7. Ending it
Either of us can end this agreement at any time, with notice. Your unpublished works come down immediately; pending sales complete under the terms they were made under. Sections 1 (your ownership), 4 (payment on completed sales), and 9 (disputes) survive.
8. What we can remove
We curate. We may decline or unpublish work that is misdescribed, infringing, unlawful, or outside what the gallery carries — and we'll tell you why. We will not remove work because of its viewpoint or subject alone.
9. Disputes, liability, boilerplate
