What we collect, and why.
Short, because we don't collect much.
Version 2026-07.draft-1
Browsing
No account, no ad trackers, no third-party analytics pixels. We measure the site two ways, both our own: anonymous usage events (a page saw a card, an AR preview launched) keyed by a random identifier stored in your browser, and cookieless page-view counts on analytics software we run on our own server. Neither is your name, your email, or a cross-site profile, and we don't buy or sell data about you.
Buying
Checkout runs on Stripe; card details go to Stripe, not to us. We keep the order record — what was bought, the amounts, your email for the receipt, and the shipping address — because a physical artwork has to reach you.
Applying to the Studio
Applications (name, email, phone if you give it, your note) go into our own customer-relationship system so a person can reply. We don't share them, and you can ask us to delete an application at any time.
Accounts
Artist, designer, and gallery accounts store what you enter — profile, listings, collections, agreement acceptances (with document version and time, because those are records for both of us).
Your asks
Want your data, or want it gone? Write hello@gallereality.com and a person will handle it. [Jurisdiction-specific rights language (GDPR/CCPA) to be settled with counsel.]
